My husband has ankylosing spondylitis / Arthritis in his spine and the recliner that he has been using just not give the support and he was constantly having to use hot water bottles etc luckily this model will actually make our lives so much better because now I do not have to massage him myself anymore (and my hands are not that strong) as well as having the integrated heat settings, reclining features etcetera it really is the most fabulous chair - he absolutely loves it. It arrived very well packed and we were very lucky that our delivery driver helped us move into the lounge which I don't think they normally do but he was very helpful. Having compared so many over the years and they have been unaffordable this was a very reasonable price and delivery did not take that long but we really did not mind waiting because it's something that we really need and is gonna make a big difference to our lives so yesterday my husband spent the entire day in the chair either snoring or telling me how great it was ha ha so thank you excellent
