"Do you currently offer wholesale?”

We sure do... internationally too! If you have an established store, boutique or online retail outlet, plz get in touch at support@rotai.com!

"I changed my mind -- can I cancel my order?"

No. About 95% of the time, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. After an order comes through, it goes directly to our team in fulfillment to start getting packed-up and on its merry way to you. Very rarely, if you reach out to us within about an hour of placing that order and production happens to be a bit slower, we can catch your order before that process gets started. But typically, that's not going to be an option. We always, absolutely recommend that you do not place an order if you can't currently afford it, or if you simply do not want these products. 

"Is it safe to pay by credit card?”

Absolutely! We use a super-secure checkout with SSL (secure sockets layer) certs to encrypt all of your personal info (you'll see that little "https://" in your URL bar at checkout) and we never store your credit card info. We also offer PayPal, Amazon, and Afterpay where applicable.

“When will my goodies ship out?”

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing (we promise to get you the goods ASAP). Once shipped, we’ll get you over a shipping confirmation including tracking number! If you have any questions about your order at all, please feel free to reach us at support@rotai.com.

"Do you ship internationally?"

YES! We happily ship to several places around the world! We currently ship to 6 countries, including:  France, Germany, Great Britain (United Kingdom), United States, Italy,SpainIn the future, we will also open business in Canada and Japan, please look forward to it !

Please note: if any customs/duties fees requested by your country are not paid and your order is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your order before a refund is issued. If you would like us to re-package/re-ship your order, we're very happy to, however additional shipping charges may apply.

"Shipping... how much does it cost?"

Shipping within the follow 6 countries are all  free !
Those countries are:France, Germany, Great Britain (United Kingdom), United States, Italy, Spain. 

As far as other countries , we regret that we are not operating business in other areas at the moment. Looking forward to meeting you in the near future!

"Help! I haven't received my order and I'm panicking!"

Fear not! Out of thousands of orders that have left the hands of our incredibly capable shipping department, only a handful have ever truly gone missing into the void. Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed above, please contact us at support@rotai.com, we're very happy to help track this down. Either way we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible and we've absolutely never left a gal or guy hanging :)
