Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! Sometimes a massager just does not work out and we absolutely get that -- if you don't love your purchase for any reason, we are happy to process a return if you get that back to us within 30 days of receiving your order ! 

“How do I make a return?”

Step 1: Reach out to us! Email us at support@rotai.com or send us a message through the "message us" button in in the lower right corner. Be sure to include your order number and the name that the order was placed under so that we can find that for you.
Step 2 : We will issue you a returns form. Print and complete this form, and include it in your shipment. Securely package your return (you can even use the packaging that your order came in!), and then ship this back to us. Please be sure to ship via a carrier who provides you with a tracking number as we're not responsible for lost returns.

Step 3: Once your return is received, we will process and issue you a refund within 1-3 business days. You will get an email confirming that that refund has been processed.

“What is not eligible for return?”

Only a few things. Clearance/discontinued items are not eligible,as well as the products missing the outer packing. We are also not able to process a return for any items that have been maliciously damaged by use. (because how shady is that?)

“Do you offer exchanges?”

Sure. We will send you a brand new product if there is any non-human quality problem during use. As for the old one, it's up to you what you do with it.
