“How do I make a return?”
Step 3: Once your return is received, we will process and issue you a refund within 1-3 business days. You will get an email confirming that that refund has been processed.
“What is not eligible for return?”
Only a few things. Clearance/discontinued items are not eligible,as well as the products missing the outer packing. We are also not able to process a return for any items that have been maliciously damaged by use. (because how shady is that?)
“Do you offer exchanges?”Sure. We will send you a brand new product if there is any non-human quality problem during use. As for the old one, it's up to you what you do with it.
